Founder, Behavior Consultant
Sarah Wright M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia. Sarah founded Voyage Behavioral Health, LLC. after becoming an endorsed Positive Behavior Support Facilitator in 2018. She earned her M.Ed in Educational Psychology and graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University. Prior to working in Behavior Consultation, Sarah worked with Elk Hill Farm, Inc. managing an adolescent girls group home in central Virginia. Sarah enjoys working with individuals of all abilities and has a passion for using a strength-based approach to help improve the quality of life for the individuals she serves. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling and boating with her husband and two children, playing tennis, and gardening.

Recreation Consultant, Service Authorization Administrator
Leah Benson, CTRS
Leah is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist recognized by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification. Leah joined Voyage Behavioral Health, LLC. in October 2023. She earned her BA in Therapeutic Recreation and Management from Brigham Young University. Leah enjoys working with individuals of all abilities and has a passion for using an evidenced-based and person-centered approach to help improve the quality of life for the individuals she serves through recreation interventions. In her free time, Leah enjoys hiking, swimming, rock climbing, reading, camping, playing board games, etc. with her husband and two children.

Meg Blan BCaBA, LaBA
Meg Blan started her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015. Over the last 8 years, she serviced young children and adults in the early intervention clinic, school, home and community settings as an RBT, Program Writer and Clinic Supervisor. She attended Florida Institute of Technology in 2020 to become a BCaBA. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in the field. She loves working with all individuals of different backgrounds and creatively providing support through life’s challenges. On her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, trying new restaurants and making pottery.

Darren Carey is a versatile professional with a strong finance, insurance, and government contracting background. A Navy Veteran, he has a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. When not immersed in his professional pursuits, Darren enjoys traveling the world, indulging in a good book, and expressing his creativity through writing.

Behavior Consultant
Diana Gutierrez-Garcia BCaBA, LaBA
Diana is a Board Certified Assistant Analyst and Licensed Assistant Analyst. She began her journey in applied behavior analysis in 2016 working as a behavior coach. She has worked in several different settings with children and young adults as an RBT, Assistant Program Writer, Engagement Manager, and Clinical Supervisor. She attended Florida Institute of Technology and earned her BCaBA in 2021; then her master's in special education with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from George Mason University in 2023. Diana began consulting in April 2023. She loves working with adults of all ages, all abilities, and all life stories to increase their independent skills, self-advocacy, and well-being by using an evidence-based and person-centered approach. Diana enjoys live music and traveling with her boyfriend, visiting with family, going to the gym, and being outdoors.

Rachel Godelle BCaBA, LaBA
Rachel Godelle is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with experience in providing evidence-based interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental and behavioral challenges. Rachel works closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans aimed at improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, and reducing problem behaviors. Rachel is currently enrolled in Florida Institute of Technology where she is working towards her Masters degree in Behavior Analysis. She has accumulated extensive supervised experience in the field of ABA, working in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and home-based therapy.
Rachel believes it is important to keep up to date with current research and neurodivergent affirming practices. Whether collaborating with a team of clinicians or directly supporting clients and their families, Rachel is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that empowers clients to thrive and achieve meaningful, lasting behavior changes.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and pets, trying new foods, and enjoying the outdoors.
Behavior Consultant
Ivy Guay BCBA, LBA
Ivy Guay, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who has a wealth of experience with working with both adults and children with autism.
Ivy developed a love for working with individuals with autism when starting her master’s program in Special Education and Behavior Analysis. She was so amazed by the progress her clients made across all age populations with hard working BCBAs and therapists that she was inspired to learn more about ABA.
After earning a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education from Fitchburg State University, in Massachusetts. Ivy gained additional experience as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Coordinator supporting eight adult group homes. Later she became a Clinical Director who oversaw clinical operations for children’s ABA services, supported RBT’s, and supervised BCBA students.
Ivy relies heavily on client centered ABA therapy while utilizing Positive Behavior Supports to make individuals the best version of themselves. Ivy is passionate about family and caregiver training to provide families and individuals the functional skills to support themselves independently. Ivy is currently licensed to support families and caregivers in Virginia, Massachusetts, New York, and Alaska.
In her free time Ivy loves to spend time with her husband and two children, run on her Peloton, and travel.

Ashlee McWilliams BCBA, LBA
Ashlee is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia. Ashlee is a behavior consultant with Voyage Behavior Health, LLC. Ashlee received her M.A in Special Education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University. Ashlee has been passionately providing behavior treatment services to children and adults with disabilities since 2015. Ashlee continues to strive for compassionate services and utilize evidence-based treatment interventions to support patients and their team. On her free time, Ashlee enjoys nature walks, hiking, pickleball and doing puzzles.
Hunter Sellers CCC-SLP
Hunter is a Speech-Language Pathologist and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at James Madison University and her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology at Old Dominion University. Hunter is passionate about helping clients improve their ability to communicate, think, and swallow safely and effectively. In her spare time, Hunter enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and volunteering in her community.

Aaron Turner BCBA, LBA
Aaron Turner is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis. She also works in special education, practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is a trauma-certified yoga instructor.
Aaron earned her Master's in Special Education in 2006 from Lynchburg College and went on to attend Florida Institute of Technology, where she earned her BCBA in 2013. Over the years, she has worked with individuals of all ages. Her approach is grounded in neurodivergent affirming practices, ensuring that each individual's unique strengths are recognized and celebrated. As a mother of six, she excels at creating efficient systems, both professionally and personally.
In her spare time, Aaron enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, and taking care of the animals on her mini-farm.
